How Does the ROLO Program work?
It's easy to sign up for
the ROLO program. Simply fill out the ROLO
Registration Request form on line. At the bottom of the form select
Stevens & Son Hydrotropic Co as your distributor.
How do I get my ROLO Order and
who do I Pay?
Your ROLO order will ship with our weekly or bi-weekly Syndicate Sales order
and will be delivered to Stevens and Son usually on a Tuesday, sometimes
on Wednesday. Once your
ROLO order arrives it will be invoiced and delivered to you via a Stevens
and Son van or via common carrier if the delivery is outside of our
service area.
Is their a minimum purchase to
Qualify for ROLO? How many times can I order?
Yes... there is a 10 case minimum order on each order. There is
no limit on the amount of ROLO orders you place... feel free to order as
often as needed.
Where do I find my ROLO pricing?
ROLO's 15% discounted case pricing is displayed on-line with
each product as you order each item. Your on-line order total will be
the same as the Stevens & Son invoice excluding your normal delivery
charge.

list can be downloaded in the "Customer
Area" of the Stevens and Son web site.
What if I
need 100 cases or more?
If you have the ability to order 100 or more cases of Syndicate
Sales products in a single order, the order can be delivered to your
business location with no additional delivery charges via the Syndicate
Sales semi truck.
You must have ample room for a large semi truck to easily maneuver to
the delivery area without disrupting local traffic.
(Syndicate Sales drivers only
deliver the product to the back doors of the semi trailer. You must
provide the staffing to move the product from the back doors into your
building.)
